All our dresses are made-to-measure after taking individuals’ measurements. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email containing summary of all the items you purchased (If you have not received an order notification email, first check your spam folder).

Also you will be contacted regarding measurements. You may also order a ready-to-wear costume (in standard size).

Please notice if you want to place an order till the exact date, you should do it in advance.

Usually I’m booked for several month ahead. More over your order will take time as well. Please consider this and make an appointment in advance even if you are not sure about all details of your future costume.

We provide free standard worldwide shipping by Poste delivery Globe (EMS) with a tracking number. Standard shipping period usually takes 5-10 days.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.
If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, please contact us

We are not responsible for the shipping delays or losses if they are cause by the work of delivery service or border control.

When your parcel arrives in your country, if you are anxious about getting your stuffs, you may try to contact your local carrier to get the delivery expedited.

I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

There is no refund or exchange on corsets and other intimate apparel. If for any reason you find a product to be faulty, please let us know, we may be able to help

  • Our available dresses should be in new condition
  • We have a lots of orders and customers who are waiting for their dresses. We won’t be able to break our promises to them and do something urgently for your shooting
  • We appreciate work of all models and photographers, but sorry, we can’t give our dresses for free in exchange of promotion
