Here we would like to share with you some details of the process for creating our sculptural items.

Right now we are working on a new product – decorative bracers.
They will be made in the style of our Pauldrons. So soon it will be possible to combine them in one outfit.
For production sculptured elements we use two-component plastic which is poured into a flexible silicone mold. The silicone mold we get from master model of our own making.
We once used 3D printing to make a master model, but usually we sculpt it by hand.
We want to achieve high quality, so the master model is made in 2 stages. First in plasticine, from which we get rough silicone mold.
Next, we cast the element in gypsum, re-glued onto the plane and then work up to the required good quality. After we get the finishing silicone mold.
So, the first thing to do in our case is a sketch on paper or cardboard. And we sculpt a model from plasticine.
